Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some Seefekëscht products are available as subscription purchases, allowing you to receive your favorite products on a recurring schedule.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at contact@seefekescht.lu.

To avoid being charged for the next scheduled order, your cancellation request must be made before your next billing date. Once a recurring order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for withdrawal or return in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Changes to your subscription

You may modify your subscription, including the delivery frequency, shipping address, or payment method, before your next scheduled billing date through your customer account or by contacting us.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Our right to cancel

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a subscription in exceptional circumstances, including product discontinuation, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or where we are otherwise unable to fulfil the subscription. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
