If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

Returned products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by law.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund.
